1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Definitions
Tulsi-Aaradhya Holiday Resort LLP: Refers to Company.
Member: Any individual or entity that purchases a holiday package from Tulsi-Aaradhya Holiday Resort LLP.
Holiday Package: A membership plan that provides holiday entitlements as per the chosen package.
Confirmation Voucher: A document issued to the member confirming the details of their holiday reservation.
3. Membership and Holiday Packages
Membership is granted upon payment of the prescribed fee for the chosen holiday package.
The membership entitles the member to avail holidays as per the terms specified in the package.
Members must make advance reservations for holiday usage, with a minimum notice of 15 days for off-season and 30 days for peak season.
4. Use of Entitlement
Members must present government-issued ID and address proof at the time of check-in.
Holiday reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
In case of unavailability, alternative accommodation will be provided.
Confirmation vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the member as specified.
Holiday package benefits such as accommodation, food, fare etc. cannot be converted into cash or any other benefits.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Member:
Members can cancel their holiday package anytime if no benefits have been availed. The remaining amount will be refunded after 90 days of Cancellation requests.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or post.
Cancellation by Tulsi-Aaradhya Holiday Resort LLP:
Tulsi-Aaradhya Holiday Resort LLP reserves the right to modify or cancel any holiday package without prior notice. This applies to changes in the package duration, amount, etc. Existing customers are not affected by these changes.
In case of force majeure, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, natural disasters, or government actions, Tulsi-Aaradhya Holiday Resort LLP will not be liable for any cancellations.
6. Amendment of Terms
Tulsi-Aaradhya Holiday Resort LLP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tulsi-Aaradhya Holiday Resort LLP shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
